The Riley-Vince Conjecture and Entropy

The Riley-Vince Conjecture (RVC) is a monistic proposal which postulates that all physical properties are interchangeable manifestations of a single entity. In particular, it proposes that mass and space are reversible aspects of energy. This conjecture accounts for the expansion of the universe resulting from the nuclear fusion reactions in the stars, and also explains the inflationary epoch as the outcome of the major period of antimatter extinction. The idea is consistent with Einstein’s notion of gravity as a spatial distortion in the locality of mass.

An aspect that is currently receiving attention is the prediction that in black holes the compression of space results in a reduction of available locations and therefore causes a state of diminishing entropy. This contradicts Stephen Hawkin’s proposal that the rising level of entropy requires information to be emitted from black holes.
